Exchange Window

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Doorstep Return \& Exchange Pickup

To make the process simple, we offer Pan India doorstep pickup service.

Pickup charge: ₹150 per order

Reverse pickup is arranged after approval

No need to arrange your own courier.

Refunds \& Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds to bank accounts or cash.

If you choose not to exchange, a store credit will be issued after quality check.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Store credit can be used on any product on our website.

Product Availability

Exchanges depend on size and product availability.

If your requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Quality Check

All returned items undergo a quality inspection.

Items that do not meet return conditions will not be accepted.

In such cases, the product can be sent back upon request (shipping charges applicable).

Wrong or Damaged Product
